We gym most days of the week. It's expensive... but hiring a Personal Trainer really is the best way to get results. I can't believe how much stronger I am. There is a 15km run coming up in March that Bec is training for. Holly is building a house, literally, her bf has her out digging on the weekends... that covers arms, back and butt. Go Holly!
